Boby spent over 23+ years in the industry working for Tata Consulting Engineers (5 years) and Honeywell Technology Solutions (18 years).
Before leaving Honeywell in Aug 2014 Boby was the Senior Director of engineering for Automation & Control Solutions responsible for a group of 2000+ engineers involved in automation and control product engineering for applications in Industrial, commercial and residential market segments. Boby has many years of experience in wall to wall product engineering, engineering site leadership and management development.
Prior to Honeywell Boby worked with Tata Consulting Engineers in various capacities for piping engineering design for nuclear power plants from 1991 to 1996.
Boby holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India. Boby has undergone management development program at Indian Institute of management Bangalore as well many Honeywell Corporate training programs for executive leadership. Boby is a certified Six Sigma black belt.
Raghu spent over 22+ years in the industry working for Tata Consulting Engineers (2 years) and Honeywell Technology Solutions (20 years). Before leaving Honeywell in June 2016, Raghu was the Director of engineering for Transportation Systems and responsible to improve the product developing cycle time (time to market) as well as improving productivity through cross functional and cross location collaboration by applying lean engineering principles. Raghu has many years of experience in wall to wall product engineering, leadership and management development. Prior to Honeywell Reddy worked with Tata Consulting Engineers in R&D Division from 1994 to 1996. Reddy holds Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Chennai, India and Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University. Raghu also has undergone management development program at Indian Institute of management Bangalore as well Honeywell Corporate training program for executive leadership.
Ganesh Shivashankar has over 37 years of experience in the industry covering a wide spectrum of projects and products. During initial part of his career, he worked with Electronic Division BHEL for 16 years and then a brief stint of 18 months with ABB Power plants control division. He was responsible for project execution and product development for power plant controls. He was with Honeywell for a total of 13 years and served in various departments such as Quality, Process Solutions, Building Solutions, and Environmental and Combustion Controls responsible for product development teams. He is responsible for project planning, engineering and delivery.
